On Thursday, August 20, Farmer & Frenchman invites you to The Wagyu Society—an intimate evening built around exceptional ingredients, thoughtful pairings, and the kind of hospitality that encourages you to slow down and savor every course.
The menu showcases an extraordinary progression of flavors, from A5 Japanese Wagyu and Bluefin Tuna to butter-poached lobster, Australian Wagyu, bone marrow, and a beautifully marbled A5 Japanese Wagyu New York Strip. The evening concludes with a warm Wagyu tallow chocolate chip cookie served alongside vanilla ice cream.
