- F&F provides plastic plates and plastic utensils at no additional charge
- F&F provides serving ware and serving table as needed for the event
- China service is available at $3.00 per person. China service will include preset tables with water glass, cloth napkin, two forks, spoon, and knife

- Multiple-entree option buffet is available for a 10% fee

CATERING DETAILS FOR ALL SERVICE STYLES
- A 6% sales tax and gratuity of 20% will be added to the final invoice
- $500 deposit is due on the day that the catering contract is signed. The remaining balance on food is due when the final count is given
- Final headcount is due 10 days prior to the event
