SEARED SCALLOP
Large hand-picked diver scallop, hard seared over hoppin’ john, finished with scallions and a carrot ginger sauce.
ROASTED BREAST OF POULET ROUGE
Over herbed potato gnocchi with braised celery, glazed carrots, and burned onions in a lemon thyme ju.
WAGYU FILLET
Pan seared, served over a celery root and horseradish puree, with braised leeks and grilled mushrooms and a red wine sauce.
