“Le menu des gourmands” is a Farmer and Frenchman private event featuring 7 courses and 4 pairings designed to whisk you away from the everyday, a one time experience to nurture your passion for gastronomy.
Food only tickets are available for a discounted price.

FRESH OYSTER
Champagne ice, frozen strawberry pearls.
KALE AND ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH SALAD
Toasted pepitas, quinoa, shaved fennel,
charred radicchio, Myer lemon and walnut oil.
BUTTER POACHED MONKFISH
Pumpkin gnocchi, brown butter, wild mushrooms,
arugula, and shaved parmesan.
BRAISED WILD BOAR
Braised in a red wine ju, over cabernet sauvignon risotto.
Topped with a red cabbage and green apple slaw.
LIMONCELLO SORBET
Candied ginger and fresh mint.
GRILLED RIBEYE CAP STEAK
Bone marrow compound butter, truffled twice baked potatoes,
and a foie gras demi-glace.
