✨ About the Bourbons

Silk Velvet Whiskey

First established in 1880 in Henderson, Kentucky by the Winstead Distilling Company, Silk Velvet quickly earned national recognition as “the smoothest sour mash whiskey in the world.” Its legacy is deeply intertwined with bourbon history—Master Distiller Colonel A.S. Winstead married America Worsham, daughter of Elijah Worsham, founder of Peerless Distilling Company.

After closing during late Prohibition due to a devastating fire, Silk Velvet was revived more than a century later by the Hargis family and 8th Generation Master Distiller Jacob Call, officially returning in December 2024.

Rhythm River Bourbon

Every bottle of Rhythm River tells its own story. While each barrel brings a slightly different profile, the experience is consistently rich, bold, and beautifully balanced.

• Nose: Deep caramel and vanilla with toasted oak, rye spice, honey, and honeysuckle
• Palate: Full-bodied and warm with butterscotch, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, subtle malt sweetness, and bright citrus on the second sip

Each bottle features a distinctive “cargo manifest” label, inspired by riverboat heritage, detailing barrel age, proof, and bottle number—capturing the full journey of the spirit.
