Our chef, kitchen team and The Frenchman have been collaborating and working hard to curate a new menu for 2021. Our ultimate goal was to create a menu for the spring and summer featuring seasonal vegetables and more seafood items such as fresh Verlasso Salmon. Our new menu goes live on Friday, April 9, 2021.
All of our most popular lunch favorites remain the same but some new additions have arrived. The new lunch menu items include:
1.) Salmon Croquette: Similar to a crab cake(more or less), served over greens,tomato, radish, cucumber, candied walnuts, creamy dill dressing
2.) Shrimp Brochettes: 4 blackened shrimp with shiitake mushrooms, zucchini, red bell pepper and tomatoes provençales over mixed green and dill dressing
3.) Chicken Cordon Bleu: 2 seared chicken breast layered with country ham, provolone and comté cheese, with sage velouté, rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables and shrimp provençale (speciality from south of France)
4.) Shrimp De Provence: 6 sautéed shrimps with zucchini, mushrooms, red bell peppers and tomato provençale with a basil infused sauce supreme over pappardelle pasta
On our dinner menu we also added the Salmon Croquette and Shrimp Brochettes salads. The most exciting thing we are adding is a brand new French Quarter section featuring French inspired dishes.
The new French Quarter items are:
1.) Duck Magret: 9oz pan roasted duck breast with raspberry chambord demi, crispy potatoes and seasonal vegetables
2.) Chicken Cordon Bleu: 2 seared chicken breast layered with country ham, provolone and comté cheese, with sage velouté, rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables
3.) Beef Short Rib: 24hr slow cooked with cream of morels sauce, pappardelle pasta, primavera and parmesan
4.) 2 Bone Pork Chop: Slow roasted Heritage pork with rosemary and sun-dried tomato infused demi, with crispy potatoes and seasonal vegetables
5.) Salmon Provençale: pan seared Verlasso salmon with pistou oil, tomato provençale, zucchini, red bell pepper and rice pilaf
6.) Lamb Chops: 2 seared lamb chops with rosemary gremolata, crispy potatoes and seasonal vegetables
7.) Shrimp De Provence: 6 sautéed shrimps with zucchini, mushrooms, red bell peppers and tomato Provençale with a basil infused sauce supreme over pappardelle pasta
